Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dualtron South Africa website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Pricing
All Dualtron and Rovoron scooters, specifications and prices are displayed for information purposes and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information. Pre-orders are subject to availability and confirmation of a deposit.
3. Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a unit from an upcoming stock shipment. No payment is required to submit a pre-order; our team will contact you to confirm and arrange a deposit. Pre-orders may be cancelled by you at any time before the deposit is paid. Once the deposit is paid, our standard cancellation and refund policy applies.
4. Warranty
Dualtron and Rovoron scooters are sold with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by model and component. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, racing, water ingress, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be made through an authorised Dualtron dealer.
5. Use of Scooters
Electric scooters are powerful vehicles. Riders must comply with all South African road and traffic laws, wear appropriate safety gear, and ride within their skill level. Dualtron South Africa accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from the use of any scooter purchased from us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Dualtron South Africa and Minimotors Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dualtron South Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
